Over the last four years we have been photographing the cover for Case In Point, the magazine for National Judicial College (NJC). The NJC is the nation’s top judicial training institution located on the University of Nevada, Reno, campus. It offers training courses to more than 2,500 judges enrolling from all around the world.
It’s always an honor (no pun intended) working with the NJC; Trace Robbers and his creative staff always come up with great concepts for photography and are open to our creative input on the project. In the past we’ve done everything from a circus environment to Nevada landscapes. This year the client approached us with a concept of “Justice on a Shoe String” which entailed three judges in their robes wearing tennis shoes illustrating their lead story about making cutbacks but keeping the judicial integrity in place.
